A priority will be given to youth of 25 years old and less. However, every member interested in receiving a bursary is invited to apply.

To submit a request for a candidate you know or for yourself, you must provide the following information:

• A copy of the applicant status

• The title or name of your project

• The location of your project

• The starting and completing dates of your project

• A brief description of your project

• A brief description of management experience in the project area (if applicable)

• A listing of executive members (minimum 2) if the applicant is a group, organization or team

• A brief description of how the foundation will benefit you or your community (role model, increase fitness, leadership development, self-esteem, etc.)

• A budget description including all expenses and costs and identifying other sources of funding

• Supplier quotes upon request

• The name of three references including a mailing address, telephone, email address

Upon reception, your request will be carefully analyzed by the CWMF team. Their decision will be based on the nature of your request and the number of requests received during the current year.
